Welcome to Cutiora ("we", "our", "us"). Cutiora is a free online photo editor — no account, no sign-up, ever. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use our website and tools, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using Cutiora, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use our tools. The only data involved is:

• Images you upload: Your images are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers. The only exception is when you use the Share to Pinterest button — in that case, your image is temporarily uploaded to Cloudinary solely to generate a shareable link, and is deleted automatically afterwards.

3. Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, session duration, country, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. No personally identifiable information is collected through Analytics. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also use Pinterest domain verification which may set a cookie. No personal data is stored by us from this.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — collects anonymised usage data. (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Cloudinary — temporarily hosts your image when you use the Share to Pinterest feature. Images are deleted automatically. (cloudinary.com/privacy)
• Google Fonts — loads fonts from Google servers. (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Formspree — handles contact form submissions. (formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy)

5. Data Retention

We do not store any user images on our own servers. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention policy (14 months by default). Contact form data submitted via Formspree is retained as per their policy.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data held about you. Since we collect minimal data, most requests can be addressed by contacting us directly. EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under CCPA.

7. Children's Privacy

Cutiora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
