✂️ Cute Sticker Maker
Turn any photo into a cute sticker — remove the background automatically or by hand, or keep the whole photo, then decorate it. Free, no sign-up, no watermark, and your photo never leaves your device.
Step 1
Remove the background
What you can do with Cutiora Sticker Maker
Turn a selfie, your cat, a drawing or a favourite snack into a sticker you can save as a transparent PNG. You choose how far to go: leave the photo whole as a square sticker, or cut the subject out and give it the white die-cut border of a real sticker. Everything happens on this page, and your photo is not uploaded. It is free, needs no account and adds no watermark.
Step 1 — Cut it out (or keep the whole photo)
Upload a photo
JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, including iPhone photos. Use Change photo any time to start over. Best for: a clear picture where the subject stands apart from the background.
Remove background
One tap finds the main subject and removes the rest. The first time, the page downloads the cut-out tools (about 15 MB) — only when you press the button — and then works on your own device in a few seconds, with a spinning circle while it runs. Prefer not to wait? Choose Cut it out by hand instead. Or skip it entirely and keep the photo whole.
Fix the cut-out
Automatic cut-outs are rarely perfect on hair, fur and busy scenes, so you have real tools:
- Move — reposition and resize the photo so your subject sits where you want it.
- Erase — brush away leftover background; use short strokes around details.
- Restore — paint back anything removed by mistake (hair tips, ears, whiskers, gaps between fingers).
- Lasso — draw around an area. Keep inside keeps only what you circled, Add inside brings that area back, and Remove inside deletes it. Fastest for large, clearly shaped parts, such as a person standing beside your subject.
- Magic — tap a spot and it selects the area of similar colour. Bring back adds it, Remove deletes it, and Sensitivity sets how far it spreads: lower for close colours, higher for big flat areas like a wall or sky.
- Fit & zoom — zoom in on tricky edges, then Fit to check the whole sticker.
- Undo / Redo — every step can be reversed, so experiment freely.
- Smooth edges — softens rough or jagged outlines. Use it last, and check fine details such as loose hair and whiskers so they don’t get too soft.
Step 2 — Decorate & save
Filter
More than 50 aesthetic looks — film, VSCO-style, Y2K, pastel and more. Filters apply to the sticker only, so the transparent background stays transparent. Intensity dials any filter down to a subtle touch. Best for: matching a mood board — soft pastels for kawaii looks, film tones for vintage journal stickers.
Draw
Brush and Eraser with colour, size and opacity. You can draw outside the original photo, so hearts, sparkles, halos and little faces can sit around your subject. Undo or Clear any time.
Outline & shadow
Both are optional and start switched off. For the outline, choose white for the classic sticker look, or pink, black or any custom colour, and set the Thickness. The shadow lifts the sticker off its background, with Shadow strength to control it. A medium white outline is a good starting point; a thicker one hides small cut-out mistakes and is easier to cut by hand if you print.
Download
A transparent PNG up to 2048 px on its longest side — ready to place over photos, collages, chats or a print layout.
⭐ Add to my stickers
Saves the sticker on this device (up to 30; saved copies are kept at up to 1024 px, so download the PNG for the largest file). Saved stickers appear in the Mine tab of the Cutiora photo editor and Photo Booth, so you can place them on other photos. They live in your browser only — clearing site data removes them, so keep a PNG of anything you love.
How to make a sticker
- Upload a photo (JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC).
- Press Remove background, or keep the whole picture.
- Zoom in and fix edges with Erase, Restore, Lasso or Magic; try Smooth edges.
- Press Next step, then choose a Filter if you like.
- Add a drawing in Draw.
- Turn on Outline (white looks most like a real sticker) and Shadow.
- Download, or Add to my stickers.
Tips for the best result
- Choose one clear subject — a face, pet or object that stands apart from the background.
- Even, bright light makes edges easier to see; blurry, very dark or overexposed photos need more fixing.
- Look for contrast. Dark hair against a dark wall blends in; a lighter background cuts out far more cleanly.
- Check hair, fur and small gaps with zoom plus Erase and Restore. No photo is guaranteed to cut out perfectly — that’s what the hand tools are for.
- Use Magic with low Sensitivity when your subject’s colours are close to the background, and high Sensitivity for plain walls and skies.
- Keep the outline in proportion. Thinner for delicate art, medium for most; check it at the size you’ll use.
- You don’t always need to remove the background. A whole square photo is great for scrapbook labels and photo journals.
- Try a filter at partial Intensity for a natural look.
- Anime and character art: use images you made or have permission to edit and share.
- Printing: download the PNG, place it in a layout at the size you want, and test on plain paper before using sticker paper. This tool exports one sticker PNG; it doesn’t build multi-sticker sheets or promise a specific print DPI.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Cutiora Sticker Maker free?
Yes. Upload a photo, remove or refine the background, add filters, drawings, an outline or a shadow, and download a transparent PNG without paying. There is no subscription.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Open the page, upload a photo and start. Saved stickers stay in your browser, not in an online account.
Will my sticker have a watermark?
No. Cutiora adds no watermark to downloads. A logo that is already in your photo stays unless you remove it.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Your photo is edited in your browser on your device. When you press Remove background, the browser downloads the cut-out tools (about 15 MB) from Cutiora — that is separate from uploading your photo.
Which photo formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, including HEIC photos from iPhones. The finished sticker downloads as a PNG with a transparent background.
What if the automatic cut-out isn't perfect?
Use Erase, Restore, Lasso or Magic, then Smooth edges. Zoom in for hair and fur. No photo is guaranteed to cut out perfectly, which is why the hand tools are there.
How do I add a white outline and a shadow?
In step 2 open Outline & shadow, switch on the outline, choose white (or another colour), set the thickness, and optionally add a shadow with the Shadow strength slider.
Can I use my stickers in WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or Pinterest?
You can download a transparent PNG and use it wherever images are accepted. Cutiora does not send stickers to messaging apps, build sticker packs, or share to Pinterest from this tool — add the PNG through each app's own sticker tools.
Can I print my stickers?
Yes. Place the PNG in a print layout, test on plain paper, then print on sticker paper and cut around the outline. The download is a single sticker (up to 2048 px on its longest side), not a multi-sticker sheet.
How do My stickers work?
Add to my stickers saves up to 30 stickers on your device (copies up to 1024 px). They appear in the Mine tab of the photo editor and Photo Booth. Clearing your browser data removes them, so download a PNG backup of the ones you love.
Does it work on phones and computers?
Yes, in your browser. A bigger screen makes detailed cutting easier; on a phone, zoom in and use Fit to check the whole sticker.
Can I add text to a sticker?
Not in this tool. You can draw on it, or download the PNG and add text in the Cutiora photo editor.
